Build 60 fully secures and automates TSA multimodal IP biometrics for passenger identity verification and is engineered to cut airport security wait times by up to 94 percent using advanced biometrics. This milestone advances under President Trump’s clear directions to modernize and strengthen TSA, through close collaboration with TSA leadership and the decisive support of Acting Deputy Administrator Adam Stahl.
Immediate Impact: Near-Zero Wait Times with Constitutional Privacy
Build 60 delivers a complete, privacy-first automation layer that verifies travelers in seconds while keeping all biometric data encrypted and stored exclusively on the user’s own mobile device. No images or templates are collected, stored, or shared by any third party.
Core capabilities include:
– Fully automated multimodal 3D vascular biometrics with real-time liveness detection via heartbeat verification
– Quantum-resilient encryption protecting data that never leaves the traveler’s device
– Layered cryptographic passport and document verification
– Designed to support dramatically higher throughput, lower staffing costs, and more consistent security outcomes at U.S. airports
The platform directly addresses documented shortcomings of legacy facial recognition systems, including demographic performance gaps and vulnerability to deepfakes and synthetic media.
