Simon Raban founded K9 Technology LLC in 2024. The company will offer the most innovative property security services based on sophisticated AI video surveillance technology combined with highly trained protection canines in 2024. Mr. Raban counted on Google search advertisements to promote K9 Technologys solutions and services.

As Google controls 90 percent of the Internet search market, our company focused on Google Search advertising. To our great surprise, we quickly discovered that Google overcounts ad clicks by over 70 percent! Google even documented the possibility of over-charging customers in its Terms & Conditions but promised to refund the overages once reported. Google, however, refused to acknowledge these various billing errors and refused to refund the overages.

As this practice makes it unaffordable for K9 Technology LLC to effectively promote our services, we were forced to file a lawsuit against Google in the local district court (Pennsylvania District Court MDJ-15-2-01 Docket No. MJ-15201-CV-0000267-2024). As of the latest update, the court heard this civil complaint on March 6, 2025, at 10:30 am.

We felt that we fought for thousands of small businesses like ours that are routinely overcharged by Google. Google has been taking advantage of its monopolistic position in the marketplace to overcharge businesses for Internet search advertising while refusing to provide relief as per its own agreement.

On March 6, 2025, Judge James C. Kovaleski sided with Simon Raban and K9 Technology LLC, rendering a judgment in favor of K9 Technology against Google. Simon Raban, President of K9 Technology LLC, made the following statement:

"We fought against a $350 billion dollar company and won! They hired a prestigious Washington, DC law firm to fight us. More importantly, we showed that a small business can fight Google's unfair business practices and win."

What is next for K9 Technology? Per Mr. Raban, K9 Technology will restart their Google Search advertisement. In the event that Google continues its cheating practices, they will document the errors and accumulate billing of up to $12,000. Then, Simon Raban will continue filing lawsuits in the Pennsylvania District Court for the damages. K9 Technology LLC will continue suing Google until they stop their inaccurate billing practices.
